
The Spin Workshop is a 50 minute indoor cycling class, perfect for anyone who wants to enjoy a group exercise class but is a wee bit challenged on the co-ordination front! It is a fantastic calorie burner and as you control the resistance dial you can work at your own pace, though with a motivating instructor and music you may surprise yourself with how much effort you put in. We cater for beginners through to the more serious cyclist where some of the sessions will be tailored towards training for particular events.
