With a background in musical theatre and dance, John brings a slightly different perspective to training and fitness. Functional movement and strengthening form the core of John’s training principles. Combine this with efficient programming and cardio and you will soon notice the changes. Experience in training sports teams and individuals for over 7 years plus a focus on service, makes John an ideal trainer for anybody wanting to make a difference in their health and well being.

Brendan has been successfully personal training for the last six years, training with a style that clients find supportive and challenging. During that time he has worked with a broad range of clients from the ages of twelve through to late sixties, from NZ Academy level athletes through to people simply looking to regain functional levels of strength and balance.
Brendan is a Senior Course Coach at the New Zealand College of Fitness and his personal background in fitness is through competitive rowing, cycling and multisport. Brendan likes to apply his knowledge of longer term fitness planning, postural correction and injury rehabilitation to benefit all clients.
