“The MamaFit Workshop” provides an exciting group fitness exercise program for pregnant and post-natal women, designed and run by exercise specialized physiotherapist and personal trainer Angela Turrall. The program is safe for ladies of all levels of fitness, including those who have not previously exercised but wish to do the best for them and their baby by exercising whilst pregnant. We encourage ladies to return after the birth of their baby or join our stroller exercise programs or access our specialized personal trainer (also an exercise specialized physiotherapist).
