Membership rates start at $15 per week, and we offer different packages to incorporate a variety of interests. We offer student, off-peak, standard, and group memberships, ALL of which include your initial fitness assessment and personalised training programme with one of our qualified trainers. Programmes are reviewed every few weeks for no extra cost, and we at The Workshop pride ourselves in being able to offer all our members this exclusive, personal experience.
